UpDown Chair

The design for right-handed and left-handed are existing. How about up-design or down-design or updown design? The idea are developed into a chair. Where is downside of the chair and upside of the chair? How can we determine up and down in any kinds of objects? Is it matter? I don't know yet, but want to find out.
